Intrepid has cut the 7 December 2026 departure of Classic Morocco, an eight-day small-group trip from Casablanca to Marrakech via Fes and a Sahara camp, from $1,730 to $1,384 per person, land only.

- Intrepid publishes no booking deadline for last-minute prices. The discount lasts until the departure fills or Intrepid withdraws it, which its terms allow at any time, so the date shown is simply the day before departure.
- You pay in full when you book, and Intrepid allows no amendments within 56 days of departure.
- Cancelling costs 30% of the trip price 31–55 days before departure, 60% at 15–30 days and 100% from 14 days.
- The discount does not cover the single supplement, transfers or extra nights, and flights are not included.
- Intrepid warns of long travel days in a private vehicle that can feel cramped.
This is the trip for a first visit to Morocco when you would rather not drive yourself. Over eight days you go from Casablanca to Fes, ride a camel to a desert camp in the Sahara, then pass the Todra Gorge and Ait Benhaddou on the way to Marrakech. The price covers seven nights, seven breakfasts, a lunch, three dinners, 17 listed activities and a group of no more than 12.
At $1,384 you pay 20% less than this departure's usual $1,730. Early December also comes before Marrakech's Christmas and New Year price spike, though the nights turn chilly, so pack layers for the camp.
The catch is commitment. You pay in full at booking, cannot amend the trip, and cancelling inside 55 days costs between 30% and 100% of the price. A room of your own costs the full single supplement.
